The Running Turtle's main goal is the implementation of non-commercial educational, scientific, methodological and organizational activities in the field of modern culture.
The organization provides all kinds of support for the activities of citizens in the field of contemporary culture, as well as promoting the dissemination of cultural and creative activities among the population of the Republic of Belarus and abroad, including filmmaking, screenings, exhibitions and presentations.
